    As of today, Shared link expiry notification is only sent to the owner of the folder, can we extend this notification to the creator of the shared link as well.

    Reason being owner of the folder might not always be the creator of the shared link, it can be anyone from co-owner, editor etc.

    This will help us limit out the chance of users missing out on the notification.

    I would like to see an additional filter under user activity which allows to view all the users who used a particular box service to upload or download data on box. This will give an additional useful feature to be able to filter through the data and generate smaller and useful reports quickly.

    for ex, how many users used File Request link to upload a file or how many users used Box Drive as a service.

    Also, if there is a feasibility to be able to search through the custom application service etc

    We are on track towards fixing this. We have made significant improvements in our Files, and Folder counts and their related sizes. They now happen in a near realtime speed and we also have a redundant process that runs and fixes these counts nightly. The current improvements are visible in most of your folders browsing experience and the enterprise level counts. We are in process of fixing counts that you can see for a given user, this will release in Calendar year 2024'Q3. There are also few minor improvements planned for the last quarter of the year.

    Hi all,

    We are currently working on the ability to hide certain folders in Box Drive on your desktop, allowing you to see only the folders that are important to you.

    We will keep you updated on our progress here.
