Enable shared link expiration notifications for user that enabled the shared link
For a closed folder structure, where the primary admin owns all content, Box should give the ability to 1) disable shared link expiration notifications for folder owners and 2) enable them specifically for the users that created the shared link to begin with.
Even if the former will not be changed, the latter behavior would be important for a closed folder structure.
This is currently not planned but we will re-evaluate priorities in Q3/Q4 of FY23

This needs to be done. Even running a report only shows the owner of the file not the person who shared the link. With a large implementation with thousands of users it is not practical for the owner of the folders/files to know what all the shared links are for and expiration notices should be sent to the person sharing them instead.

We also have all the content owned by service accounts and have a closed structure. It just doesn't make sense to have the expiration notifications going to this unmonitored account and not the person who created the shared-link.

Fully support this request.
We have a several content stores owned by service accounts so the link creators never get notified that a link they have generated has expired and been removed.

As of today, Shared link expiry notification is only sent to the owner of the folder, can we extend this notification to the creator of the shared link as well.
Reason being owner of the folder might not always be the creator of the shared link, it can be anyone from co-owner, editor etc.
This will help us limit out the chance of users missing out on the notification.

Today shared link expiry notification is sent only to Shared Link Owner which is not practically sound. Pls upgrade service to send the shared link expiry notification to Link generator along with Shared Link Owner.
