I agree with this request. We are seeing increasing problems with clashes on files edits when different people are working between web-app and Box Drive.

Completely agree. Not being able to offer co-admins the ability to login to users accounts creates key issues with our support teams and increases reliance on the Box admins to provide additional support.

We've had significant issues with documents being updated my multiple users when they have the option to unlock a file locked by another user. If it is not available by default, it could be an option in the Admin console to update the locking behaviour.

Fully support this request.
We have a several content stores owned by service accounts so the link creators never get notified that a link they have generated has expired and been removed.

When watermarking a file, if a file is classified then add the classification label name to the watermark. This will provide another layer of control and visibility of the classification applied to the content.
