A box-native metadata table is not currently on the roadmap, but we have launched our metadata query toolkit alongside a content-explorer element that can emulate the same experience.

An API endpoint to transfer workflow ownership would help expedite de-provisioning processes for end users.
For example, a customer could have an automated process to de-provision users and transfer their owned content that is triggered from their IdP. If there was an API endpoint to transfer Relay ownership transfer, that would allow IdP providers that have an integration to Box to add a field to transfer the workflow too.

Thank you for the suggestion. We currently do not have this planned on our roadmap. We will place this in our backlog as we continue evaluating ideas to improve Box Drive.
Please keep the feedback & use cases coming to help us prioritize this in the future!

We would like to be able to link NS records to Box folders that are located in the NS integration folder. For example, we would like to store all of our opportunity content in a folder structure that rolls up to the customer. Knowing the default folder will be created underneath the opportunity structure, we'd like to link the opp record to a folder that "lives" in the customer folder structure. We are currently not able to do this and continually get the error: The Box SuiteApp is not set as an owner or co-owner of this folder. Please add Box as an owner or co-owner and try again.
