Authy 2 Factor Authentication.
Include Vietnam in 2-FA or remove it from the list of countries in the menu when trying to add 2FA.

Accessibility concern
I am a screen reader user and appreciate the option to turn on the Accessible Version of BOX. I do this frequently, as it greatly improves the usability of the site for me as a screen reader user. But if I'm already in a folder or looking at a document, when I click that link, it takes me out of the document I was in and back to my main list of files and folders. 2 votesIn 2022 Box Web achieved substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.0, level AA. Box web includes more features than a.box.com and has a more convenient experience for authenticating and previewing files.
Going forward, Box will strive to provide a universal experience rather than a separate accessibility site. In 2023 a.box.com will be retired and all users will use Box Web (app.box.com). We recommend transitioning off of a.box.com as soon as possible.
We are continually working to improve the usability and accessibility of Box Web. Any feedback on the usability or accessibility of Box Web is welcome.

Log Access Policy Violations
Box currently only logs successful actions. We would like to see when a user attempts to share content that is blocked by Shield Access policies. From a DLP and insider threat perspective this would be huge in determining what people are attempting to do, not just what they are successful at doing.

Update the .NET SDK to support .NET Core 3.1
The current .NET Core NuGet package is set to support .NET Standard 1.4, but this means that support for old libraries is required. For example, the SDK throws exceptions when getting an admin client due to incompatibilities with System.IdentityModel.JwtToken >= 5.4. These sort of problems are going to continue to happen as the framework progresses.
2 votesStarting from .NET SDK version 4.0.0., .NET supports Standard 2.0.
We dropped support for .NET version <2.0, so the issues mentioned in this request should not be valid any more. Please reply to this message or submit an issue in Github repository if you still face any difficulties.

Allow Metadata search for files uploaded via Box API
Documents in BOX are not searchable based on Metadata when uploaded using BOX API
Document uploaded into BOX via EPHESOFT using BOX API and 3 metadata elements are attached to the document. We can see the document in the BOX and the metadata elements are present in the Custom Metadata section in the BOX.
2 votesThere are two ways to find files in Box based on the metadata. The existing Search API provides a metadata filtering option and also indexes metadata content. The Metadata Query API provides SQL-like syntax for finding files based on specific metadata condtions. Date-based recurring workflow triggers
Relay is great for workflows that occur because a human remembered to perform an action, but we run into issues if the human in question does not remember to start their part. For example, we have a workflow that starts with a staff member downloading a vendor invoice each month, auditing it, then uploading it to our accounting team. In Webapp Search filtering - add multi-select for file type filtering or add an option to exclude folders
During searches, returns can include both Files as well as Folders, which adds to the search return clutter. Customer would like a way to filter out all folders results.

Show list of collaborators on mobile devices
When inviting a collaborator on a mobile device on a file, the list of users does not appear as it does when inviting collaborators on a folder.
We would like to be able to see this same behavior on files on mobile since it works with folders on mobile and since it works for files on desktop.

Allow Customers to Enable Auto-Roll in settings on Admin Console
Allow Customers to Enable Auto-Roll in settings on Admin Console would reduce the unnecessary escalations to Box support team.

Show My Recent files in Box for Gmail by default
Box for Gmail: Show recently accessed files and folders by default within Box for Gmail.
Oftentimes I'm attaching a file I was recently working on, so it would be nice to not click through my entire folder structure to locate the file I want to send as a link. Gmail currently does this with Google Drive.
2 votesWhen attaching files from Box to Gmail, users that have recently attached files can now see those files under Recents, and can additionally see Favorites.

Our users have hundreds of folders and having to navigate over multiple pages is very time consuming.

Users without cell phones
I am attempting to build a Box app. In the app configuration pages, when I try to generate a public private keypair, I am required to enable two factor authentication. I don't have a cell phone, so when I attempt to enable, a code is sent to my land line and summarily vaporizes. So I can't enable two factor, I can't generate public/private key pair - summarily inconvenienced (to be nice). I need to use JWT. OAuth is not an option. In summary, two factor without a cell phone???????? Developers missed a scenario. Time to fix it.

Legal Holds allows for restriction of deletion at the user level, folder level, and file level.

Legal Hold Report Improvement: Owner field, etc.
We want to define LH collections based on whether the user owns content or not. This isn't easily doable (without checking each file via script/additional API calls or manually).
Further, we don't want to collect the same file twice, which is easy to do the way the report is done today.
Users under LH with like collaborations show up as duplicate entries in the report.
Fileid and fileversionid come out as:

Users who cannot receive SMS messages to their mobile phones should have an alternative to secure their accounts.
