Please provide a way for enterprise administrators to take over and manage custom apps when the original developer leaves or their account is deleted. Administrators should be able to view the current developer, assign a successor, and add an administrator as a collaborator without relying on the original developer or a case-by-case support request.

Beyond a report or list of Trash contents, we need to filter deleted items by the user who deleted them, review the results, and restore selected items in bulk to their original location or a specified folder.
This would help IT teams respond quickly to accidental deletion, employee offboarding, or security incidents, while preventing unrelated content from being restored and supporting auditability. These capabilities are needed for effective enterprise content recovery.

Thank you for this request. In addition to generating a report or list of items in the Trash, we need the ability to filter and extract deleted content by the user who deleted it, review the results, and restore selected items in bulk. Ideally, users should be able to restore items to their original location or specify a destination folder.
This would be especially useful when content deleted by a specific user must be recovered urgently. Please consider adding user-based filtering, bulk restoration, and restore-destination selection in addition to Trash data reporting.

Our case is similar, but it also occurs when the browser window is narrowed on a desktop, not only in a mobile view. When the viewport becomes narrow, the organization logo changes to a black monochrome icon and the navigation bar switches to Box’s default brand color. Please keep the same company logo and brand color across responsive breakpoints, or provide admin controls to configure the logo, background color, and display behavior.

We need the ability to customize the size of the embedded Box AI chat button and window, as well as the button’s position. When embedded in SharePoint Online, the button is fixed in the bottom-right corner and can be too small. Please add these display controls so the chat can fit the host site’s layout.

Box shared links currently support an expiration date, but not a start date and time. This means that a link can be accessed immediately after it is created, even when the content should become available at a scheduled time.
Could Box allow users to set both a start date/time and an end date/time for shared links? The link should be inactive before the start time, accessible during the specified period, and automatically disabled after the end time. A clear time zone setting would also be helpful.

AI Insights currently provides only an organization-wide monthly view, and the data may be delayed. More detailed analysis requires exporting and manually aggregating the AI Units report.
We need a single view with daily consumption trends, breakdowns by user and AI feature or workflow, and alerts before usage limits are reached. Administrators should also be able to see which users are approaching or have reached their daily limits.
