In business, we may need to share Excel files with business partners who do not have Box accounts via open links.
Unfortunately, if they preview an Excel file from an open link without logging in to Box, the contents are displayed in Box Content Preview, which can easily cause display errors and split the file into multiple pages.

Currently, even if an open link is shared with a business partner, it is difficult to check the exact content in the Box preview, which makes it a hassle for them to download the documents.
We would like to see the Excel Online Previewer displayed when previewing an Excel file from an open link without logging in to Box.

＜Boxに未ログイン状態で共有リンクからExcel Online Previewerを利用する＞

業務において、Boxアカウントを持たない取引先へExcelファイルをオープンリンクで共有することがあります。
残念ながら、Boxへログインせずに、オープンリンクからExcelファイルをプレビューすると、Box Content Previewで内容が表示されるため、Box Content Previewでは表示崩れが発生しやすく、また、ページが複数に別れてしまいます。

現在は、取引先側へオープンリンクを共有しても、Boxのプレビュー上で正確な内容を確認することが困難なため、資料をダウンロードする手間が発生しています。
BoxにログインせずにオープンリンクからExcelファイルをプレビューする場合にも、Excel Online Previewerが表示されるように機能改善を要望します。
