An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Ward commentedIt would be good to be able to change the date format assigned to each date field in a Box Sign document. I.E. month first, year first, 2 digit year, full month name, abbreviated month, etc.

We are currently re-designing our managed users page for performance and usability updates which will be released at the end of this year. We will revisit newer features to user management after we release our new UI. In the meantime, please add your use cases in the comments so we can have this feedback when we decide to pick this up.
An error occurred while saving the comment Ward commentedWe have instances where a user will end up with 2 accounts for their different email aliases. Sometimes it's because an invite was sent to the wrong address and they created a new account instead of correcting the error, sometimes their existing account is overlooked because of a name change or other discrepancy.
We want all existing collaborations to continue unaltered. One account should be designated to be used as the primary email address and the second account should be added to "other emails". The content in the second Box account then needs to be copied over to the first one. Preferably as-is and not in a rolled up folder like we see with account deletions.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ward commentedThis can be done through the API, but it should be part of the GUI. The API is cumbersome. Toggling a Boolean seems like a simple addition to the existing bulk edit functions.

Thank you for the suggestion! At the moment there is no plan for this feature. We may look into this in the future.
An error occurred while saving the comment Ward commentedI'd like to see a checkbox for Co-Admins to see only the Governance tab with only the Legal Holds sub-tab.
Currently you can grant a Co-Admin permission to view and/or edit policies, which gets you close, but it also includes platform and retention policies at this time. It also inexplicably grants them access to a version of the Content tab I've never seen before.
We have a whole department for managing legal holds and conflicts. They have no need to see the data, they just need to know the name of the person or folder that needs to be put on hold.

It includes platform and retention policies at this time, however. It also inexplicably grants them access to a version of the Content tab I've never seen before, even if you leave the box for Content access unchecked. This shouldn't be a big lift for Box. Just add a checkbox for Legal Holds under the policies section and remove the other 2 tabs from the co-admin's view.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ward commentedBox Sign needs to have the ability to notify the document owner via email when a signer open/views the document. You can already set email notifications on file preview for shared files, this feature just needs to be ported to Box Sign. There is already a similar feature in DocuSign.

Would you prefer to configure the date format on the request level or organization level? Why?
Field level. We have international clients who require the date format to be in their local format and must match in all copies. A single user may have to use multiple formats depending on the recipient or multiple formats within a single document (though that is more rare).
Will you constantly adjust the date format depending on recipients or it's a one time setting?
The format does not need to be changed after the document is sent, but may be different from document to document.
What date format is ideal for you?
MM/DD/YYYY
YYYY/MM/DD
Month-Full, DD YYYY
Month-Short, DD YYYY
