Change Co-Admin Permission to Only Require 'View & Edit Policies'
Right now, in order for a co-admin to be able to view and edit Legal Hold policies (matters), they need a weird mix of unintuitive co-admin permissions (including 'view users content').
Thank you for the suggestion! At the moment there is no plan for this feature. We may look into this in the future.

I'd like to see a checkbox for Co-Admins to see only the Governance tab with only the Legal Holds sub-tab.
Currently you can grant a Co-Admin permission to view and/or edit policies, which gets you close, but it also includes platform and retention policies at this time. It also inexplicably grants them access to a version of the Content tab I've never seen before.
We have a whole department for managing legal holds and conflicts. They have no need to see the data, they just need to know the name of the person or folder that needs to be put on hold.

You can get pretty close by granting a Co-Admin permission to view and/or edit policies. It includes platform and retention policies at this time, however. It also inexplicably grants them access to a version of the Content tab I've never seen before, even if you leave the box for Content access unchecked. This shouldn't be a big lift for Box. Just add a checkbox for Legal Holds under the policies section and remove the other 2 tabs from the co-admin's view.
