Please change the message that is shown while waiting for file listing in the Box Drive folders, from "This folder is empty." to "Loading" or something.
The current message stays for a while, and makes many of Box Drive users misunderstand that files are really gone and be too on edge.Or, I would expect the slowness problem of Box Drive's display speed is solved and that message appears but only a moment.
Box Driveでフォルダを開いてファイルが表示されるまでの間、このフォルダは空です（This folder is empty.）と表示されます。
表示速度を改善いただくか、表示を読込中（Loading）などに 変更いただくことを希望いたします。
Box Driveを利用するユーザが、保存ファイル無しと勘違いするトラブルが多発しています。Anonymous

Please add Box Relay logs to the reports.
To assess if the workflows not being used are accurately disabled, and to give user training according to each business characteristic by analyzing users or departments who frequently have used Box Relay, it would be helpful to be able to check workflows and each created by, created date and status (enabled/disabled) on the reports.Anonymous

It must be better for Box folder viewers to be able to not only [preview] or [download] but also [copy] and [open] files in the folder via web browser.
As of now, viewers cannot see contents of the files that has no preview feature from web browser despite they are "viewer". This is inconvenient.

現状は[プレビュー]と[ダウンロード]しか実行できません。現仕様ですと、プレビュー非対応のファイルをWebブラウザで直接開くことができないため不便です。
