    Current restriction of shield access policy is too restrictive.
    We would like to have restriction which restrict external sign request but allow internal sign request.

    Would like to use Box Sign for internal purpose. There are a lot of usecases, for example, sign request for security policy or procedures.

    If we can restrict all users except specified users to sending external user, it would be great.

    This is currently not planned. Please consider that there exist first Box connectors for the Slack Platform 2.0 Workflows, which currently allow to copy a file, create a folder and request a Box Sign signature.

    Although we do not plan to introduce this feature in the near term, we recognize its importance. We will certainly keep this in mind for future roadmap inclusion and we will keep the status of this request updated to accurately reflect our current position.

    Since metadata can trigger relay and retention, user needs to see who changed/updated the metadata value(both before and after value).

    This request is raised in Life Science companies in Japan as well.

    Popup the window to input the metadata values, when content has moved or copied or uploaded.
    Table like view would be better to input the values, since user might move or copy or upload the multiple contents
