Fix the Preview of Excel file versions

Currently, previewing older versions of Excel files does not work. No matter what version is selected, the current version of the file is displayed. The causes users to think that versioning is not happening OR that they have lost all prior versions. When users download a previous version of the file, it has the correct content for that version.

    Currently you cannot preview previous versions of Excel documents and either have to download and open or overwrite the original. It would be nice and very useful to be able to preview the previous versions like you can do with other office documents

    I would like to be able to preview the past version history in Excel files as well.
