    Yes, our Information Security team is asking for the same thing. We know that the user can be collaborated at a lower level, but we don't trust our users to know when they can and can't collaborate an external collaborator with a permission level that does or does not allow download. Since our default is Editor, that's what they are generally going to choose

    Voting for this because of the scheduled reports option. I have written an application that processes the disposition report to send notifications to users when their content is about to be deleted. My app can't be fully automated because the report can't be generated without human intervention

    Agree with this. We have had multiple cases of external parties thinking we did something to their account because they are being prompted for a code and have no recollection of ever setting up 2fa

    How would envision managing your groups?

    Would you want to sync with an existing directory, or create the Groups directly in Box?
