Thanks for the feedback! Users already have the ability to selectively sync (mark content for offline access) today in Box Drive. What I believe you’re asking for is a curated view of content you select to show up in Box Drive. That’s something we’re considering as we think about how to solve the content sprawl issue in Box Drive.

We are definitely tracking this feature, but it is not yet on the roadmap for delivery.
How would envision managing your groups?
Would you want to sync with an existing directory, or create the Groups directly in Box?

It is not currently prioritized in the near future. However, we are putting systems in place so that we can enable the dark mode in the future.

This feature is something we want to bring with Shield. The team has developed a plan for Shield to support this functionality on the backend, but the feature is not on our immediate roadmap. We will continue to build out our plans to bring this to customers as the team works on our current roadmap.

We will likely consider bookmark support in the future for Box Drive, but it’s not planned in the near-term.

An error occurred while saving the comment StephenD _TX commentedI know this is possible via the API because one of the guest speakers on the 2021 Admin Summit built it and they use it at their company to research not only shared-links, but expired shared-links. It would be a Great addition to have this ability built into the Admin console.

An error occurred while saving the comment StephenD _TX commentedAlso please add the ability to customize the name of each report with a custom name before it's run. As an admin when scheduling several different reports with different parameters it's difficult to determine when they finally complete and you have 6 different user_activity_run_on_{date}-{time}_Page_1 reports with the same date and just a different time.

The use-case for this is simple.
1. A box.com bookmark doesn't sync to the Box Drive so those users who only use Box Drive have no idea there is a bookmark in a particular folder.
2. A Windows shortcut or MacOS alias doesn't sync up to box.com
We need either the box.com bookmark to be available on desktop or the desktop shortcut/alias to be available on box.com, not two different solutions.
