We also have all the content owned by service accounts and have a closed structure. It just doesn't make sense to have the expiration notifications going to this unmonitored account and not the person who created the shared-link.

Thank you for the suggestion. We currently do not have this planned on our roadmap. We will place this in our backlog as we continue evaluating ideas to improve Box Drive.

Please keep the feedback & use cases coming to help us prioritize this in the future!

This feature is very much needed, currently classifications get listed in the activity report, but you can't report on the changing of a classification. Since classifications are tied to Access policies we need to be able to audit and alert when content restricted to internal only based on the classification gets changed to public.

    Hi all,

We are currently working on the ability to hide certain folders in Box Drive on your desktop, allowing you to see only the folders that are important to you.

We will keep you updated on our progress here.

From a data leakage standpoint this is a problem if the only ability to view the file is to download it.

With Google integration v2 there will be the ability to disable GDrive and only save documents to Box. Without templates this can't happen since the Google template library only lives on GDrive.

This is needed because users and applications default to saved standard locations (Windows) My documents, Desktop, Pictures & Videos. OneDrive has the ability to make these folders auto-sync with OneDrive. If we are telling users to back their data up to box, this would make it seamless and improve the user experience with box.
