Thanks for the suggestion! We are looking at how to improve content sprawl on Drive. We will be considering Collections as a possible path (among other options), but don’t have a change planned in the near-term.

An error occurred while saving the comment StephenD _TX commentedThis feature is very much needed, currently classifications get listed in the activity report, but you can't report on the changing of a classification. Since classifications are tied to Access policies we need to be able to audit and alert when content restricted to internal only based on the classification gets changed to public.

We also have all the content owned by service accounts and have a closed structure. It just doesn't make sense to have the expiration notifications going to this unmonitored account and not the person who created the shared-link.
