Hello! Changing status on this feature as we have it in our roadmap but we plan to make it in 2-3 quarters. We will keep you updated.
An error occurred while saving the comment Use Case: Private Equity Firm plans to use Hubs to share best practices content with their Portfolio Companies. However, they do not want the portfolio companies to be able to download this content because it's very sensitive.

An error occurred while saving the comment Del Monte's HR team is hoping to use Box Sign Bulk Send to get Onboarding documents signed by new hires. They are hiring for the warehouse/assembly line positions. They have large hiring events in which they are onboarding up to 300 people at once.
One challenge is organizing the forms. When you send out a document in Bulk, Box then creates a folder and puts all the documents in there. However, the documents are just numbered (screenshot below). Imagine that you're doing this at a scale of hundreds. It would be really hard to find the correct document for the new hire to sign in person. It would be so helpful if we could pull the name of the new hire and their job title into the name of the sign document to make it easier to find. -

Box Customer BumbleBee has requested this functionality as well. They use Box to preview PDF files. Sometimes they need to rotate these files to view them. In order to accomplish this, they need to open the file with Box Edit, wait for it to open, then rotate it and save it. Other file types allow you to rotate in the previewer. Rotating files in the previewer is less steps.
