We are not planning releasing bulk delete functionality at this time since we are focusing our efforts on building faster and more usable users pages. We will revisit this feature request next year.

This limitation is due to Microsoft’s platform not allowing integrations to surface as messaging extensions (Box icon to upload and share documents). Until Microsoft supports this for third parties, Box is unable to deliver this functionality. We are working with Microsoft but there is no timeline for delivery at this point.

I support this view in the post. It's not just Covid has changed the way we all work. The new norm of how we work has come as well.

This feature is not currently planned, but it is a second-priority item for our team. A related feature—the ability to open a file in Box Drive from the web app—is on our roadmap and will be an initial step toward supporting this request. This will improve efficiency from day to day work.
I added the box hub link into the box folder using Bookmarks feature but it is not visible in the box drive folder which is disappointing. This discrepency on the view has cause a lot of issue.
