We would like to specify a single report for a schedule and use the timestamp on the file (or in the filename) to differentiate the monthly runs. We would also be satisfied with the ability to use the ability to upload to a Box folder via email on a scheduled report.

We have this same request. When someone is off-boarded, they are automatically deleted in Box via Okta integrations. We sometimes then get a request to run a report on that user's activity over the last few weeks to determine if they downloaded any data (Box Shield sometimes alerts us of this) or deletes things we would like to restore.

I feel like you should be able to specify a Box folder as an output location, or a Box email upload to folder recipient.
Our use case is to have a scheduled Monthly User Details report. We will utilize this to bill-back to a few Joint Venture businesses we have. It doesn't make sense to have them as their own EID, but we need a month-to-month accounting of how many users in each domain we have. We need this report to run and be available to a group of people without bugging everyone who doesn't currently have the responsibility of working with the data with a notification email that the report is complete.
Even if the Reports were to change so a scheduled report would always land in the same folder for that scheduled report, but keep the timestamp on the file, that would work. We could then add folks as collaborators to this particular folder and whoever needed to grab the report could access it.

Users used to be able to have a default sort so if they set their sort to Last Updated it would stick that way as they navigated the site. I don't know if this was universal for the user in all folders, or if it would stick to a single folder for that user. At a minimum, it feels like each user should have a Setting in their Profile where they can define if they want to default to sorted by Name or Updated and that is how every folder loads when they first enter it.
If they want to change it to the other sort method for a given folder it would be great if their cookies would help remember they changed that folder, but not a deal-breaker.

We have multiple people responsible for responding to these alerts and it is difficult to track when one has been handled by another analyst. It could be an involved solution such as assigning who should be working on it and alerting that person, or as simple as just a toggle for New, In Progress, Complete.
