We now have the ability to use TOTP for 2FA. In addition, admins can enforce TOTP for managed/external users.
We do want to support FIDO standards for 2FA in the future and will update this idea with more details once we have a concrete plan.Sandy Halim

I second this idea. We had an external user removed folders that were owned by several internal users and until we exported whole activities within a date range and did some filtering we had no idea of the cause and impact.
This is critical if Box take security into account seriously.

Related to the above, but in the case of moving externally shared folder into an internally restricted folder, the external collaborators will not be automatically removed, causing a confusion and also break the intention of having the inheritance of restricting external collaboration applied to parent folders.
Could you please consider the auto removal as well as a warning popup when a user moves such folders described above? -

Hi, thank you for the feedback on how to improve Box. Unfortunately, OCR for images to capture data from images is not on our roadmap at at this time. However OCR for scanned PDFs is on our roadmap. Please apply this OCR function to the images taken from Box Capture.
Google Drive supports that and words in the uploaded images are also searchable. -

This request is still under consideration. The team is working on its sequencing among the rest of enhancements for our watermarking capabilities.
Feel free to share any specific need on the customisation aspects of watermarks (texts, metadata specifics, etc) you may have, as well as use cases you are considering it for. Such details will be extremely helpful towards understanding this ask's impact.

That is not true. MFO functionality is available for those who are able to download (i.e. including Viewer and Viewer Uploader).
