Box storage platform already has optimizations in place to intelligently detect active (most recently and frequently used) data, and migrate it to cost-effective tiers. Great suggestion though!

Power BI is used widely in my organization. Whilst we aim to have Box as main content platform, the absence of a connector forces users to store or duplicate their content on OneDrive, which causes a number of issues for us as. We've seen the option to connect using shared link accessible publicly, which is not a solution for most cases.

Each time we're considering a use case when we could use Relay, we're hitting this very same issue. For instance when we'd like tender applications to be submitted, we would like the uploader to indicate the company name in a metadata, and then the submission to be moved to a new folder that would include the tender reference >> company name. Then we'd like a set of sub-folders to be auto-generated. Finally, there would be an approval on the entire submission (folder, not file), based on which the folder gets moved to a long/shortlist or rejected folder.

Depending on the workflow, the pace at which a process needs to follow through might differ greatly. It would be most useful to be able to determine the interval between 2 reminders, and when the first reminder gets sent
