    I have received similar stories from users in my tenant. As a user who received the notification, I think this is a very effective change to prevent misunderstandings.

    - Want to create a title for the notification email that indicates that a task has been assigned by someone other than the user who created the Relay task.

    We don’t plan to implement this exception in Box Tools. However, we’re working on a related solution: the ability to open files in Finder/Explorer via Box Drive, where you can then choose to open them with a different app. Stay tuned for updates.
