We have already made sure that the Content remains available to all the collaborators during a Transfer & Delete LFO. We are working on ways to do the same with other forms of LFO. We believe this approach will be a much better productivity accelerator for our customers.
For the purposes of this request to allow for email notification, this still remains in our roadmap to evaluate what would be the remaining use cases that will required an email to be sent.

We are going to prioritize making the login page more intuitive rather than providing customization capability.

False positives detections are a possibility with any malware detection tool. At Box, we want to make sure our customers have controls to manage alerts that are generated and stop any unnecessary noise. We have some additional detection filters for our malware detection rule on the proposed roadmap for this year.

Comment from USAA:
We are working on the event-based retention policy in Box and find it’s challenging for users to be exposed to the large number of templates that are created for event/metadata-based retention purpose. Ideally a template would be scoped – e.g, visible to certain teams, or under certain folders. One idea proposed is to leverage the "ownership" model with templates. This would mean any template could be assigned access via a folder owner. We would typically do this with service account owners and not actual users with a few exceptions. This does mean that metadata templates would apply in a cascading fashion, but at least only where assigned.

Thank you for your submission. However, this does not have enough demand in order to be prioritized.
We will reconsider with additional use cases.

We are currently not planning to implement this feature and will continue to prevent all Box Drive results from appearing in Explorer/Finder searches.
Box Drive does not download the all of the metadata (File name, folder structure, etc.) of your Box content. Instead, it is downloaded on demand and then evicted when it is no longer relevant. This eviction process is not visible to users and it is not easily predictable. This would cause the search results in Explorer/Finder to be inconsistent for users – sometimes they would find a file and other times they may not if the metadata and file were evicted.
We have chosen not to download all of the metadata (and then keep it up to date with changes) as this can result in a large performance, storage and bandwidth tax which is not scalable – especially in environments where users interface with millions of files/folders.

I have a customer who has an Operating unit (subsidiary) that wants to block access to Box all together for just their email domain. Blacklisting would potentially help them achieve this as they don't want to do IP Whitelisting.

Request: Ability to electively add a corporate logo to all folder invitation emails sent from enterprise managed users.
Rationale: Some external users have been confused by the invitation emails as they are not branded with our company logo or identifiable
