    Thank you for the feedback. Adding Tasks to Box Notes is functionality that we are actively researching, but is not currently on the roadmap. Please continue to submit feedback and use cases, and we’ll update if and when this becomes a priority.

    If Box Notes can create tasks and those tasks are treated in the same way as the current task, it will give much better end user experience

    We had a similar “Like” feature for files and it was confusing and not helpful for our users.

    We would need to understand why a user would need this and how it would benefit the work they are trying to get done.

  12. When selecting text in a Box Note, you get the option to make a comment related to that selection. We want the ability to @mention there.

    We understand the request, but unfortunately this is not on the near-term roadmap. We will be exploring improvements and enhancements to Tasks in the next 1-2 years and will take this into consideration when we do.
