In an effort to modernize our application, we have made significant updates to our Web product to ensure that we improve our user experience while retaining custom branding for customers. Given that this feedback is related to user preference, we will continue to monitor if users continue to feel strongly about this. At this time, we do not plan to change this experience.

   This limitation is due to Microsoft’s platform not allowing integrations to surface as messaging extensions (Box icon to upload and share documents). Until Microsoft supports this for third parties, Box is unable to deliver this functionality. We are working with Microsoft but there is no timeline for delivery at this point.

   Box storage platform already has optimizations in place to intelligently detect active (most recently and frequently used) data, and migrate it to cost-effective tiers. Great suggestion though!

    Thanks for the suggestion! We are looking at how to improve content sprawl on Drive. We will be considering Collections as a possible path (among other options), but don’t have a change planned in the near-term.

    Thanks for the feedback. We have made this change in order to make it easier for users to read and scan their file lists. While other users have made similar comments when they first saw the change, many of them have also told us they adapted to the change and prefer the new design.
