Box Sign - Check boxes. Limit checkbox selection to a single choice.
Box Sign - Check boxes. Limit checkbox selection to a single choice. When making a choice via a checkbox, today all check boxes can be selected. The request is to limit checkbox selection to just one box, not more than one.
3 votesThe new optional checkboxes behavior doesn't require "review" to "Sign&Finish".
Currently one click checks/uncheck the checkbox, which makes the signing experience more smooth and faster.
The changes are live since June, 2023.

Box Sign needs Clickable Link Feature
Box Sign should allow for clickable links within documents out for signature. Our contracts have a link that direct to online T's & C's. I'd migrate over to Box Sign today if that was a feature.

Make 2FA via SMS in Box Sign the First Step, Not Last
Box Sign offers a 2F authentication method via SMS, however, on the signer does not have to complete the 2FA until the very last step. This poses challenges for our use case as we have PHI data on the documents requiring signature so we need this authentication to occur FIRST rather than LAST to ensure that we have authenticated the user before they can even view the document.

Enable Box Web column headings to be displayed when scrolling down beyond first page of content
Currently, as soon as user scrolls down beyond first page of content, the column headings are lost.
There should be a user-level configuration setting that enables the headings to remain on screen (similar to Excel where column headings can be frozen/displayed, despite scrolling down several pages of rows
3 votesColumn headers are now frozen in All Files, and Collections.

Add attachments to a document to provide supporting information
Add a field option that would allow/require signers to attach documents to the request to provide additional information. Those attachments would then be sent alongside the signed document to all recipients.

Requested Options: Conditional fields, KBA authentication, bulk sign, embedded form links
We need more fields and options to be able to adopt Box Sign fully like the current major eSign providers have.

Conditional fields and KBA authentication have separate requests. Please upvote them if they can unlock/improve your experience with Box Sign.

Add initials to the "Signatures & Fields" menu in Box Sign
Many documents (e.g. Wills, contracts) require the signer to initial each page to confirm that they have read and agree with the content of that page. It's also common to have a signer initial a section of a document to confirm that they have read and agree with that section. A typical workflow requires the signer to initial a document one or more times, then sign the document.

Box Sign Template Edit Underlying Document
My customers who use DocuSign today are accustomed to applying a Signature template to a document. For example, I have a contract I am going to make edits to the language of the contract, the date, the dollar amount, etc. and then apply a signature template and send it off.
In Box today, I've found that you can either use a template (but the underlying document cannot be changed) or you can utilize template tags via API (which are handy, but I imagine my less tech savvy clients would find them challenging to set up).45 votesWe've recently released multi-docs support, which as part of it provides the option to replace the underlying document within a signature request / template while keeping the existing field placeholders in place

Duplicated emails: You cannot use the same email more than once
People who created Box Sign templates, can not use them, with their same email in the system themselves, because they get a "Duplicated emails: You cannot use the same email more than once" error.
Admins creating templates might need to also be able to use these templates, so this needs to be fixed.1 vote
