    When "In-person" is used, the person who issued the signature can sign, even if he or she is not the person designated as the signer.
    Even though "Box Sign is not verified" is output to the log when used, the fact that the signed file appears to be signed can cause business trouble.

  5. When I upload Excel to BoxSign, I want it to become PDF as per the print settings of Excel.

    We are planning improvements to how we handle Japanese language queries but this work is not currently on the roadmap in the next 12 months. We will take this into consideration for the annual roadmap for next year.
