We’re not planning a ‘fast switch’ option to allow a user to easily switch between 2 different Box accounts on Box Drive while maintaining all cached data. The only option we have now is that users can ‘logout’ of their current account and sign into another account, but the caveat is that this will delete all their local cached data/MFO settings from Box Drive

We are definitely tracking this feature, but it is not yet on the roadmap for delivery.
How would envision managing your groups?
Would you want to sync with an existing directory, or create the Groups directly in Box?

Thank you for your feedback! We believe this feature is important and can provide significant value to the Notes product experience. However, we cannot prioritize this feature in the near term. We will keep this under consideration for our future roadmap.

As a document may have existing metadata prior to being signed, the document is flattened when sending for signature, so all of that metadata is lost. For example: Not being able to track who the signer is on an batch send to trigger the renaming of the content makes finding an executed document (think employee handbook) a very mundane task.
