    My understanding is that Box is going to force all Business customers into Enterprise in order to force them into using EMM or Device Trust. They are getting rid of device pinning and Box sync as well. Business licensing will become non existent at that point. Unless someone tells us otherwise, we can only assume based on what Kyle said.

    "We currently do not have this planned on our roadmap. Please keep the feedback & use cases coming to help us prioritize this in the future!" AKA upgrade to enterprise.

    why no device pinning? Is Box getting rid of Device Pinning? What will Business (non enterprise) customers do?

    This is not something that we have on the roadmap for the foreseeable future. Notifications were suppressed for these items and we will be investigating different ways to make problem items in general more discoverable.

    This would be extremely helpful. I would call them folder "Nicknames" and then users could identify them. We have this exact same issue and it is a fundamental problem that should be addressed.

    We now have the ability to use TOTP for 2FA. In addition, admins can enforce TOTP for managed/external users.
    We do want to support FIDO standards for 2FA in the future and will update this idea with more details once we have a concrete plan.
