    Thank you for sharing this idea. Please note that it is currently possible to filter the list of apps in the Admin Console's Apps section by its status of Available / Disabled / Added by default.

    However, providing a way to export a report of the apps in Boxs' apps catalog with their statuses is not on our nearby development roadmap.

    Please let us know with additional postings if that is not satisfactory.

    We have a use case where a shared account is setup, but no users actually log into it. We would like the shared account to be able to allow sending/signing to a group.
