Fully second this request! For our organization, the inability to search and export the app IDs in "Disable unpublished apps by default" in the Custom App settings hinders our ability to support and manage when there are issues, when we need to verify a whitelisted app, or for audit purposes. Thank you for the consideration.

We need this too, Favorites is way for our users to manage their "homepage"/Folder shares. It gets user quickly to the content they need versus having to find, search, or need to have to manage another quick access list.

Yes, yes, yes! We need a way to "bulk remove" collaborators from a given Folder. We have large project folders that several hundred collaborators. Once the project is over, we need to remove all external collaborators and those that no need access. Today, owner is going in the Collaborator view and removing one-by-one; this is not efficient at all. We need to be able to individually check user accounts or "check all" and bulk remove. This would be great for the eMail collaborator feature too. Thanks.

We have a similar complaint from end-users, "Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for" is not helpful, it does not provide next steps in error resolution.

This message can mean a number of things, (1) lack of permission, (2) content has been deleted, (3) Inactive content, etc. We need more granular/specific error messaging so the user knows what to do next, e.g. ask the Owner for permission, etc.

    Thank you

This suggestion is under consideration by the Product Team for future development, however, it is not on our roadmap. Please share additional feedback and use cases to help us understand the importance of this release.

We understand the request, but unfortunately this is not on the near-term roadmap. We are currently prioritizing automatically locking/unlocking files on Box Drive for Office files on Windows. We will revisit this feature in the future.

We do not have near-term plans to add this capability right now. You might be able to get a similar effect by using Device Trust on those endpoints and requiring a specific certificate on a device, which is limited to just those groups of users.

    Hello!

We're excited to let you know that we're currently actively working on SFTP implementation at Box. The initial version will be modeled after our trusted FTPS server, but we're eager to improve the experience of using it, so if you happen to have suggestions or ideas we should take into consideration – whether that involves authentication, performance, compatibility or any other matter, do not shy away from letting us know and get in touch.

Thanks in advance and speak soon.
