   When reviewing the alert, the section where you can enter "Additional Feedback" should be recorded on the alert instead of just sending it off to Box. This would be a simple solution to this request.

    Thanks for the feedback. Currently, we have a tooltip that shows “Trash” when hovering over the icon. We will keep monitoring to see if other users share the same confusion.

    I had a user call me about a similar issue of the placement of the Trash placement in the full list of file options. They download documents very frequently and will occasionally hit the Trash button by mistake. Trash should not be in such close proximity to frequently used options right between "Download" and "Move or Copy."

    Since removal of this feature, users are creating extremely long descriptive file and folder names which subsequently cause numerous failures with Box Drive.
