    We understand the request, but unfortunately this is not on the near-term roadmap. We are currently prioritizing automatically locking/unlocking files on Box Drive for Office files on Windows. We will revisit this feature in the future.

    Thank you for the feedback. We understand that the current permissions behavior for Box Notes images is not necessarily intuitive, and are actively looking into ways to improve that user experience. We don’t yet have a timeline for delivery, but will update here when its available.

    I have the same feedback. Some of customers are keen to use “Notification” but don’t want to enable “Auto-folder mapping”.

    The reason behind this request is that my customer shares an account for the primary admin with multiple users and when they create a co-admin, they can't track who actually executes it.

    While we recognize the importance of this feature, it is not something we plan to introduce in the near term. We will certainly keep this in mind for future roadmap inclusion and we will keep the status of this request updated to accurately reflect our current position.
