   I would add, users not being able to add descriptions along with title changes in viewer Uploader is a real issue.
   Edit rights have multiple consequences and increase risk.

   Locking a file is useless if others with the same rights can unlock at will. this feature was not thought out fully when enabled. Should be Admin and lock owner only.
