Allow External Collaborators to Apply Metadata Templates / Add Values
Currently, external collaborators in folders cannot apply metadata templates that originate in the folder owner's EID.
REQUEST: Allow external collaborators to take advantage of applying Metadata Templates to folders based on the owner of the folder.

At the moment external collaborators are not able to use the advance search (metadata template), only manage users can.
If an external user access a resource that has metadata applied, he can't use the benefit of the advance search based on metadata.Adding the possibility to access to it it would be a big improve.
