Group/User based app access control
Ability to control access to each apps based on groups and users.
Requesting in addition to below pulse, as Admin Console currently only allows enterprise wide setting for each app access control.

Collaborations Report: Add Folder Filter
My customer would like to filter down to a specific parent folder and see a report on all collaborators on that root folder and all child folders below. Right now the Collaborations report shows ALL folders which takes a long time to run and requires filtering after the report is run. Ideally we could filter to the correct folder at the beginning.

Upload size maximum of Mobile
When uploading files from the mobile app, the maximum upload limit is 15 GB, regardless of the plan.
We would like this limit to be the same as the upload limit of the plan we have purchased.(Japanese)

Until Windows 10, when you right-clicked on a content in BoxDrive, the BoxDrive menu was displayed immediately.
In Windows 11, the menu does not appear immediately, and the menu finally appears after pressing "right click > check other options".
We are aware that the menu will appear as before just by right-clicking when it is compatible with Windows 11 native apps, so please take action.
OneDrive and Notepad++ already support native apps, so only BoxDrive is not as convenient as it should be.

I want to maintain my Box login with Box for Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams (app) does not require you to log in to Microsoft even if you restart your PC.
Even if you add the app Lucidchart to Microsoft Teams (app) and log in, you do not need to log in after restarting your PC.
Box requires you to log in every time you restart your PC.
Is it possible to stay logged in?Microsoft Teams(アプリ)はPCを再起動してもMicrosoftへのログインは不要です。
Microsoft Teams(アプリ)にアプリLucidchartを追加してログインした場合も、PCを再起動した後のログインは不要です。
BoxはPCを再起動すると必ずログインが必要です。

Filter "In Progress" Box Sign Requests that are currently pending my signature.
Ability from Filters for Box Sign Request to select ones that are currently pending my signature at that time.
5 votesWe're pleased to announce that the improvement you voted for has been released. You can now use the 'Status' filter for 'Sent Requests', 'Shared with Me' and 'Inbox' tabs within Box Sign.

We would like the Box Sign sender experience to revert back to its previous state to show "others only".
Until now, the sender experience for Box Sign has been able to select "Other People Only".
As background, a workflow has been set up in an environment where the signature field is only for non-senders, but the flow has stopped because it is waiting for a signature from a sender who is not in the signature field.
We are aware of a workaround by changing the sender's role from "signer" to "receive a copy," but this has caused a lot of frustration because it is not as easy to operate.

Changing default columns view in File Explorer with Box Drive
When using Box Drive on Windows 10, and accessing through File Explorer, the default columns are set as: Name | Size | Item type | Date modified.
I would like to be able to change those default columns and their order.
Currently, File explorer has a functionality that allows the default column view to be changed for all folders (View tab > Options > "Change Folder and Search Options" > "View" tab > and select "Apply to Folders)
However, this functionality does not work for trying to change the default column view for folders viewed through Box Drive.

Disable signature frame
Recently the Signature Frame is released on Box Sign.

Long audio data upload from Box Mobile fails
When you "record audio" and tap "save recording" in the Box Mobile application, "Saving" is displayed, but the file is not saved on box.
It occurs when the capacity is large (recording time is long), and when it occurs, the recorded data disappears without being saved anywhere, which is a problem.
I'm hoping for an improvement that will allow stable uploading of long recording data.
If the upload fails, I would like the data to remain on the terminal or be able to retry.(Japanese)

容量が大きい(録音時間が長い)場合に発生し、発生した場合に録音データがどこにも保存されずに消えてしまうことが問題となっています。
長時間の録音データでも安定したアップロードができるような改善を期待しています。
アップロードに失敗した場合は端末にデータが残るか、リトライできるようにしてほしいです。2 votesWe recently released improvements to the Box apps on both Android & iOS to help make it easier to upload large files.
If you now retry uploads of similar sizes and leave the app open while the upload takes place, you should see large files of all types completing consistently.
Please update to the latest version of the app available, and retry any uploads. If you are still experiencing issues, we would love to hear from you further to address any outstanding issues with the functionality.

Box Sign required field
Have option to make Required Fields highlighted (or otherwise noticeable) from the Signer's viewpoint. Getting a lot of client frustration as can't complete a Sign document as can't find what required field they still need to fill out.

Consumes a lot of PC resources.
I am using BoxCanvas in low-resolution mode.
It is Windows with a core i5 CPU and 8GB memory.
I use Chrome as my browser, but it consumes a lot of CPU and memory. I would like to be able to use it comfortably without a high spec machine.9 votes -
Box Sign - Multiple Documents in One Request
Allow me to add multiple documents to one BoxSign request. This may include attachments that require a signature, need to be acknowledged, or are for reference only. This will not include a signer having the ability top upload documents.
188 votesI am happy to announce we released the ability to send a Box Sign request with multiple files. We will continue to develop this feature in the next few quarters but adding the ability to kick off a multi-document request within Box more easily, add the functionality to our APIs, increase performance as well as streamline our workflows.
