Box Sign - Multiple Documents in One Request
Allow me to add multiple documents to one BoxSign request. This may include attachments that require a signature, need to be acknowledged, or are for reference only. This will not include a signer having the ability top upload documents.

There should also be an option to have the signed filed to come back in multiple documents as they are attached and not merged into one file before signing and coming back as one file.

+1. For the layperson, the combo file meets 99% of the requirements and is easily understood as executed. Box's production of the executed document with nothing added to it to indicate the signature log actually refers to it makes things very complicated; how many end users are going to save the executed doc to a file and run shasum against it?!

Yes, we really need this functionality - it's the only thing stopping us from switching to BoxSign from DocuSign...

I would like to add here that another customer kindly asked for this feature again as this feature is necessary for their operation. It would be helpful if you are still working on to add this.

We still use DocuSign for this reason and I'm waiting for Box to get this functionality. Onboarding employees is crucial and the reason that I currently dread onboarding through box is because I can only send one document at a time. It takes 45 minutes to set up a file when it could take 5. PLEASE GET THIS DONE!

This is critical for us, as we need to send out policies and other documentation together with contracts

This is the only thing stopping use of DocuSign. The ability to send multiple files is crucial for efficiency.

Echoing what others have said here. We're trying to move on from Docusign, but the inability to attach additional supporting documents for a signature request is a deal breaker for us, currently.

Yes, this feature would be helpful for us as well. Currently we have to still use Docusign to get a signature for multiple docs.

Not allowing multiple documents may prevent our firm from adopting Box Sign, forcing us to continue using (and paying for) Docusign.
Multiple documents really need to be allowed.

Absolutely need to be able to select more than one document at a time, please. We are comparing our current signing program (Docusign) against Box Sign, and this is one area where Box Sign is limiting, despite other advantages

Another Docusign user here, and this is one of two critical missing things for us and would be great to see.

Rather than saving as two separate files, they would be automatically consolidated into one file (with the signature log as the final page). This would help reduce clutter, give the ability to port the contract as a single file to other systems of record, ensure that the signature log and document would always stay together, simplify the process for external signers, etc.

Supporting documents, the same as multiple documents, are essential to the signing and/or approval processes. I do think supporting documents are critical and needed.

I strongly agree that multiple document in one request is needed. This is an essential need when approving documents.

To move over from Docusign to Box Sign we need the ability to send multiple documents in a packet for signing at one time. Currently, Box Sign supports sending one document at a time but it would be extremely beneficial to be able to send multiple at the same time.

Allow the ability to add supporting documents to Box Sign to support the document being signed. Currently only one document is allowed to be uploaded but we would like to be able to upload multiple documents for supporting evidence for the needed signature.

Include the signing log into the final document, which is locked. The signing log can be edited.
