  1. @Mention Someone When Replying to an Annotation in a Box Note

iIt would be nice to be able to @mention someone in a Annotation within the Box Note. I know you can do it in the comments, but if a note is lengthy and you want to put someone's nose right to where you want them to look (or a tasks you've assigned them to), this would be nice to have.

Thanks for the feedback. Adding @mention to the body of the Note is something that is on our roadmap. We will evaluate at that time whether we can add the capability to an annotation as well

  2. Add list of Groups user is currently a member of to the Managed User Screen

In the "Edit User Access permissions" section of the Managed User page, there is a list of all the groups and a column to indicate if the user is a member. Admin must scroll through all the groups (1000's) to find which groups the user is in.

Would like to see a separate section that just lists the groups the user is currently a member of.

  4. Ability to report on amount of content stored over time (more than week view) & ideally ability to break down by region (global).

We would like to see the evolution of their Box account, how much content we continue to add over time from when we initially deployed, and to break this down by our global teams.
