Thanks for the suggestion! We are looking at how to improve content sprawl on Drive. We will be considering Collections as a possible path (among other options), but don’t have a change planned in the near-term.

We need a feature to specify file names in advance in the CSV file for Batch send templates.
This is because we are requesting all employees (1000 people) to sign a security pledge.
With the current specifications, numbers are added to the end of file names, but we cannot determine who signed them. By including the signer's name or email address in the file name, we can easily link the post-signature file name with the Box login username.

なぜなら私たちは全社員（1000人）にセキュリティ誓約書への署名を要求しているためです。
現在の仕様では、ファイル名の末尾に数字が追加されますが、誰が署名したものか判別することができません。署名者の名前やメールアドレスをファイル名に含めることで、署名後のファイル名とBoxのログインユーザー名を容易に紐づけることができます。
