   Or more specifically, change the max file size of a File Request to align with a customer's license tier (150GB for E+, 50GB for E, etc)

   File requests should support the same max file size as a customer's license tier (Enterprise Plus 150GBs, Enterprise 50GBs, etc) rather than having a 32GB limit
