    Without knowing more specifics of your use case, it's hard to say with certainty but the new Collections UI currently in Beta seems like it may address this for you.

    Hi Alok,

    Classification/metadata sorting could be used to create a workflow dashboard.

    Let's just say we want to track the status of each document in the folder by creating a metadata tag named "status".

    We can then sort that column to see all new, in progress, and completed items.

    That's a simple example of what could be accomplished with sorting/filtering but thought that would be the most concise to describe over this forum. I'm more than happy to set up a call to discuss in more detail.

    Default classification label is not planned because it could be misleading to end users. However, to address the concern of content being leaked before it is classified, you can create an access policy applying to “All content without a classification label” in Box Shield.
