    This feature is not currently planned, but it is a second-priority item for our team. A related feature—the ability to open a file in Box Drive from the web app—is on our roadmap and will be an initial step toward supporting this request.     Collections are a link to a file, rather than the location where the file is saved. In order to accomplish the above ask, please select the file in question and “add” it to the desired collection.
