"Your Download is In Progress" pop-up confuses clients
When a client of ours who is not a Box user downloads a file, a pop-up which says "Your Download is In Progress" appears. The issue is that the pop-up looks like there are only three courses of action, “sign up”, “log in”, or “x” out. Many of our clients have not realized that there is a fourth option, which is just wait for the download. This has caused confusion time and time again across different clients at different times. These are sophisticated users, and this creates serious client issues. Can you please remove the sign up and login options. Or, if you are not willing to do that, then add a "continue downloading without login or sign up" button or something like that?

I agree with the comments below. We consistently receive complaints from confused end-users. Like box.com, but if the complaints continue - we will sadly have to move to a different solution.

I absolutely HATE this pop-up that comes up EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I get a download link from a Box user. How do we make it stop❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓

Remove these pop ups and login buttons all together. They cause so much confusion and an awful user experience.
