We would like the option to change the time zone used in Box Shuttle job reports.
Box Shuttle is an excellent tool for migrating large amounts of data.However, the job reports always show timestamps in UTC, which means we need to manually convert them to our local time zone (e.g., JST) every time.
It would be very helpful if the timestamps in the reports—such as Creation Time, Source Last Modification Time, Target Last Modification Time, Last Access Time, Start Time, and Transfer Time—could be displayed based on the user’s default time zone and language settings.

Shuttle
If we use the Box Shuttle feature to migrate data, the update timestamp will be recorded as the time the data was uploaded. We would prefer to manage the timestamp according to the last modified date of the files before migration rather than the upload date. Is it possible to switch the timestamp display setting?

Delete or hide Source Systems without having to delete all associated jobs
The process to delete a Shuttle Windows source is to first manually locate and delete all completed Shuttle jobs that ran under that source, then delete the source server via the trash can button when selecting a source system via the new job wizard. Box Support have confirmed this experience.
Box Shuttle admins should be able to delete, or at least hide a source system, as part of clean-up activities, without having to manually export (if needed) and delete all previously configured jobs which is a frustrating user experience that introduces a lot of extra, hard-to-justify work on the admin…

Improve Box Shuttle Filter to search by Source System
I'd like to be able to filter the Shuttle job list on the name of a source system.
This requirement is derived as a result of a product limitation where source systems cannot be deleted unless all completed jobs are deleted. Without this filter option, finding and deleting all jobs associated with a single source system is extremely laborious.

Provide a solution to existing users to migrate their data to Box as Box Shuttle is restricted to tenant level
We are seeking an effective solution for user data migration. At present, Box Shuttle operates at the tenant level with a current subscription limit of 10TB. However, from the end user's perspective, it would be advantageous to implement data caps at the individual account level. This adjustment would enable users to migrate their personal data from various storage sources directly to Box.

Regarding time zones in Box Shuttle notification emails
The date and time in Box Shuttle job (running or completed) notification emails is always in the PDT time zone.
Going forward, we would like to ask that notification emails include the job run date and time in the time zone set in Box for either the job execution account or the target account.

Bulk uploads with csv files
This is a legacy www.CFP feature where you can export the source list of users, map them and import that mapping back into the job. Auto mapping of source to target users would mitigate the pain of mapping users.

Improved Shuttle error documentation
Currently the documentation only has a few of the possible errors that can appear during a Shuttle migration, so it'd be helpful to have a more comprehensive list of such error messages and how to handle each of them.

Option to limit Shuttle mobile access to read-only
To avoid mistakes made when checking the status of Shuttle jobs on the go, it'd be helpful to have an option to set mobile access to read-only mode, disallowing jobs to be started, stopped, deleted, etc.

Bulk creation of migration jobs
Creating jobs manually via the UI is not a problem for a small number of jobs, but it can become a long and error-prone tasks in the case of larger migrations with dozens of jobs.
It'd be useful to create multiple migration jobs by specifying creation parameters via a CSV or Excel file.
In addition, it'd be useful to have bulk created jobs using the same source to be automatically queued for execution.1 vote -
Group and filter migration jobs
Currently it's possible to sort migration jobs and filter by status, but it'd be helpful to be able to group jobs and filter by other criteria.
This would be specially useful for larger migrations with dozens of jobs and could avoid mistakes when using the UI (e.g., starting/stopping a job by mistake because the list is too long).1 vote -
Bandwidth scheduler for Shuttle jobs
Currently it's possible to change the bandwidth of a particular job on Shuttle, but it's necessary to open each job and change it manually.
It'd be helpful to have a bandwidth scheduler to enable cases where a customer wants to use different amounts of bandwidth along the day (for instance, 10% during business hours and 100% at night or during weekends).1 vote -
Smarter mirror deletion
Currently the mirror deletion feature deletes and reuploads folders that were simply moved on the source.

Box Shuttle - OneDrive Multi-geo Tenants
Having the ability to migrate data from MS OneDrive within a multi-Geo tenancy. Shuttle engineering team have confirmed and stated the Shuttle migration tool does not support Multi-geo tenants.
However is it possible to achieve this via the Box Consultancy (at a cost) using the full blown version of Shuttle!1 vote -
Having staggard jobs for high number of file transfer through box shuttle
Currently box shuttle does not give the option to run the job either by size of data transfer or number of files.
If we have the option to stagger the job by number of files or size or even system auto divides the job into sub jobs then data transfer can be even faster and more convenient to handle.

Large user lists don't load in Box Shuttle and there is no way to filter or narrow scope
Build an option to filter on specific source user groups or OU's before trying to generate or load the user list.
Current behavior: Admin account is authenticated and user list is not able to load/populate because there are too many users on the source side.
