Movable preview screen toolbar
When the preview screen is opened, a toolbar appears at the bottom of the screen showing the zoom factor and page number, but since it is fixed at the bottom of the page, the preview screen is partially hidden in some documents, making it difficult to see.
If this toolbar could be temporarily hidden or moved, it would make the preview screen easier to see.（日本語）

Admin controls for the Solutions menu
We would like Box Admins to have the ability to manage the Solutions menu in the Box web app.
The Solutions menu can create confusion because it allows end users to contact Box Consulting directly, which may bypass internal IT, helpdesk, procurement, or governance processes.
Please consider adding admin controls to either:
1) Enable or disable the Solutions menu for the enterprise
2) Replace the default Box Consulting contact path with an internal helpdesk or support contact, similar to the support contact email setting in Admin Console (Custom Settings)This would help to route end user inquiries through the right…

Create folders during file moves or copies:
User pain point: When moving or copying a file, users cannot create a new destination folder directly from the move/copy dialog. They have to cancel or leave the action, create the folder beforehand, and then restart the move or copy process.Requested improvement: Add a “Create New Folder” option within the move and copy dialog, allowing users to create the destination folder without interrupting their current action.

Shared Link Permissions Should Override Collaborator Permissions - or make it a setting option
Currently, collaborator role overrides shared link permissions for logged in users. At my organization, we have several use cases for preferring the inverse.
For example, we have a folder where documents are stored that are available to be shared externally. Everyone who has a business need to share these documents externally is a collaborator in the role of Viewer. They are in the role of Viewer to block them from moving these files out of the folder. Auto-populate top result when tagging users
When I am tagging someone in the online platform, it would be very convenient if the first name on the drop down list is automatically highlighted instead of needing to press down on my keyboard to select it, even if it is the only option. Essentially auto-populate with the top search result. This will allow users to only press "Enter" instead of "Down + Enter". I usually will type a few extra letters of someone's name to ensure they are the top result any ways (ie. if I type "@John Ad", I would like John Adams to be automatically selected…

Display full file name on mouseover
We have very long file names where file prefix can be 40 characters the same. In Box Web GRID view it's impossible to differentiate between the files without opening them. In list list view it's almost as bad. The file naming is set by customer policy and we cannot affect that.
Add a mouse over popup for files to show the whole file name for Box Web.

Accepting updated custom ToS on Box when navigating to certain links takes users to 404 page. From our testing, these URLs include [subdomain].box.com/master and [subdomain].box.com/collections. As a workaround, we're directing users to go to main [subdomain].box.com URL, accept ToS, then navigate back to original URL. Please fix this as it's annoying and unnecessary.

Request for an Invitation Method to Enable Collaboration for All Tenant Users
We would like a way to invite all users in the tenant to collaborate.
Currently, there are over 30,000 users across the tenant, so it is not practical to register all users in a single group and invite them via that group.

File Request - restrict or track configuration
Allow for the ability restrict the File Request configuration from being editable. Alternatively, allow for reporting (via user activity reporting, event stream, API, otherwise) on the explicit configuration of File Requests, including field titles, descriptions, and helper text.
Use case: Financial institutions requiring auditing trail of all communication to external clients within Box, including custom configured text set by internal employees on File Requests distributed externally.

When viewing someone else's public link, add an option "add shortcut to my drive".
Google Drive has this feature. It could be further locked down with security settings if orgs want to disable this. Otherwise, I have other companies that use Box sharing public links with me, but I need to bookmark them in my web browser because I cant add a shortcut to them in Box.com. Google Drive allows you to add a shortcut to public documents. The other workaround is to download a local copy and upload to my Box but then I don't get updates.

Request to Enable Start Time Configuration for Shared Link Validity
I would like the ability to configure the start date and time for a shared link’s validity period.
For example, a shared link would become active and accessible 60 minutes after it is created.

Hover over file name
I see that a hover option to view whole file names was offered in 2022. This used to work fine for me but recently stopped. I can no longer hover to see whole file names and have to go back to opening the doc to view full names. Am I the only one having this problem or did it stop for everyone?

on copy/move, include filepath display
When moving/copying a file, it would be very helpful to show the filepath of a potential destination folder, IN the search window.
Our folder structure includes folders with similar names, or parts of a name or phrase. Without being able to see the filepath, we're more likely to choose the wrong one. Then the only way to go back is either navigate through the folder tree (too many clicks) or start the entire process over (repeats the search).
Additionally, move/copy search brings back results for individual files which are understandably unselectable. The problem is, there are often additional folder options…

Regarding Preview of msg Files Stored on Box
I would like to request a fix for the issue where, when an msg file is stored, the preview continues to display the initially uploaded content even after the file's content has been updated.

When selecting multiple files to move or copy, the delete icon is too close to the move/copy icon.
When users select multiple files to move or copy, the delete icon is positioned too close to the move/copy icon, which may lead to accidental clicks. Please consider moving the delete button to a more appropriate location or making it visually distinct, such as changing only the delete button to red.

Automatic Approval Removal When Deleting Apps
Since the maximum number of app approvals is limited to 100, periodic deletion of apps is required. However, at present we must request Box to perform these deletions.
We’d like both JWT and OAuth authentication to automatically revoke authorization when an app is deleted in the developer console.
If the service account owns any content, we would like a dialog similar to the one shown when deleting a user, allowing us to choose whether to move or delete the content.
