Preview is not displaying date in Japanese format.
I entered YYYY/MM/DD in cell, date format automatically changed MM/DD/YYYY when I preview the Excel file. This issue will be occurred when I am not using Online Excel Previewer.

I experience the same. My uploaded Excel file has the cells with date format set to Japan standard of YYYY/MM/DD but then its preview shows as MM/DD/YYYY. The preview should respect the setting of the file itself. (This should standard, not an 'added feature'.)
