Able to store #page= with PDF files
When saving a pdf and then sharing a URL, can add parameters so that it opens at the right page.

You can actually construct this in the URL manually by adding #p=<page_number> to the end of the shared link URL. However, the UI does not give you a way to construct this link automatically.
