Add-ons tab and drawing ability
The one crucial thing is that people cannot today leave google docs or other Word editing software. Because the G-suite integration misses the add-ons tab. You can buy stuff via the add-ons tab in google drive, like icons and symbols. These cannot be used in the g suite integration.
Also the draw option is not available. I want to be able to draw tables and figures in my documents, i can't do that. So if im Writing in a document, at some Point i have to stop and refer back to google drive, which makes the whole idea of using box a bit obsolete...
Collaborations - you cant collaborate with people not using box, that is not how the workflow in life is handled. It is very impractical to tell 5 people, wait I have to start collaborating via Box, and you guys also have to have box.
I will think about these issues as well, and if a solution is presented in my mind i will tell you.

I could not agree more. We depend on using the Zotero plugin for Firefox and Chrome to do automated reference management based on content in our Zotero libraries. Since the add-on tab is not visible in the Google Workspace integration we have a disrupted workflow.
It would be very helpful to have access to as many addons as possible!
