I spoke with a customer who wants to be able to create rules so that tasks can be assigned to specific individuals based on their reporting relationship. This would allow for a task to be assigned to the appropriate manager when any employee submits certain kinds of requests, perhaps with a file upload. The best way to do this would be with some kind of integration to the HR system of record.
