Collaboration Auto Accept
Once the external user sends invites to a X company Box user, there is almost no controls on the shared folder by X company there is no “Accept/Reject” stage by default, X company Box user will automatically have the external shared folder or file in his Box space even without awareness. Make the default invitee permission configurable at the instance level.

A large enterprise wanting to turn this off for all users must do this manually or contact a CSM.
