Auto-syncing folders to desktop
If a folder is shared with a person within an organization, there should be a feature that automatically syncs that folder to your desktop. Every quarter, my company creates a new folder for that quarters materials. And every quarter, we have to log into the browser and sync that new folder to our desktop. Its a simple task, but I spend a significant amount of time walking our employees through how to do it, and explaining why they cant see our new materials when they become available. It also doesn't help that the browser view presents differently in different browsers. If there was a button in my box profile that said 'auto sync new folders to my desktop' id select it and never have to worry about it. It saves time, effort and really should be an option with all the capabilities already available in box.
